Frozen shoulder is a very broad term to depict various problems in shoulder. Few of them are: impingement syndrome, rotator cuff problems, bursitis, adhesive capsulitis. you definitely need to control your diabetes. type of physio needed can vary according to the diagnosis and is not same in all frozen shoulders. an x ray and probably an mri scan of shoulder may be needed.
Next Steps
consult an orthopedic who specialises in shoulder problems

You are having the problem of frozen shoulder i.e. the stiffness and pain in the shoulder worst at night which makes you awake from sleep. the person is not able to move the arm at end range. to move the arm and behind/at your back as required in scratching, is painful. Overhead movements are painful, all the daily routine activities get affected.
Next Steps
go for physitherapy..ultrasonic therapy for healing,IFT for muscle relaxation and wax therapy for reducing inflammation may required . take rest. then the exercises( stretching & strengthening) are to be done and very much important.

Hi there I understand your concern...its a pain full shoulder joint problem...Operation is not only modality of treatment....The aim of treatment is to ease pain and stiffness; also, to keep the range of shoulder movement as good as possible...this can be achieved by pain killers and anti inflammatory agents...Physiotherapist they may try other pain-relieving techniques such as warm or cold temperature packs and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) machines...Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
