What is frozen shoulder ?
I am 45 yr old with bad shoulder pain esp at night and i cant reach overhead handles. ; my diabetes is poor controlled tried physio

Frozen shoulder is a very broad term to depict various problems in shoulder. Few of them are: impingement syndrome, rotator cuff problems, bursitis, adhesive capsulitis. you definitely need to control your diabetes. type of physio needed can vary according to the diagnosis and is not same in all frozen shoulders. an x ray and probably an mri scan of shoulder may be needed.
