What are selsun shampoo for hair loss

I am a 29 year old female and I have very brittle hair. I have used Selsun shampoo for other reasons like dandruff and oily scalp and it has worked like magic. Now that I have a severe hair loss problem, I would like to know the selsun shampoos for hair loss available. What do you recommend?
