Hi For gaining weight you need to follow a High Protein, High Calorie diet. Why you want to go for supplement? As supplements have many harmful affects on your body. I believe and learned from my experience that anybody can gain weight in a healthy manner with a healthy diet. So gain weight in a healthy manner not at the cost of your Health Few tips which you can follow. For a while u can follow following tips which may help u to some extent DISCLAIMER : If u have any other medical issue then tips will change in that case. > Eat More Calories Than Your Body Burns > Eat Plenty of Protein > Fill up on Plenty of Carbs and Fat and Eat at Least 3 Times per Day > Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. > Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. > Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories >Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you're trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. > Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth. But for proper results you need a personalized diet plan

Hello, Taking shortcuts or supplements is not advisable. It can also be due to various reasons. -Exercise daily for an hour -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.
