I, female, 43 am a patient of diabetes since 10 years. My sugar have been quiet under control always and I have been exercising also on regular basis but recently I have started experiencing sharp pain in my fingertips. Is it related to my diabetes problem? What causes pain in fingertips?

yes. it can be surely related to diabetes. when neuropathy starts it usually affects the finger tips causing pain tingling sensation and then loss of sensation. please get t properly examined.
