My wife is having weist pain with left side leg.. she cant stand up with her own. I have to help her..

It seems to be due to either jerky movenent of back or liftting heavy weight by bending forward...its looking like due to lumbar radiculopathy
Next Steps
avoid liftting heavy weight, avoid bending forward, avoid climbing stairs, can take T.DAN-MR for 2-3 days with hot water fomentation and volini like diclo gel

Need complete bed rest and avoid sitting or floor or lifting weights from ground. Regular painkillers for few days Apply balm n fomentation. If no improvement consult.
