What is the best natural way to loss my weights? Because i am boring in my fatty life and enjoy the slim and fit life. And most important, i diet from 4 months or eat salads without outside tiffins or eat 2 times(lunch and dinner). So at last say me the natural and home theorys to loss weight.

Avoid stress and strain
Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption if any
Drink plenty of warm water
Drink coconut water twice a day
Avoid day time sleep
Take sound sleep at night for 6-7 hours daily
Practice yogas and pranayamas daily
Practice morning and evening walk necessary
Keeps happy thoughts in mind always
Avoid fast food and restaurants food
Don't get sleep just after dinner
Don't take more water just after food
Drink green tea
Avoid milk and milk products
