Hi You must control your urge of eating junk and other outside food.  Stock your house with fruits,  dry fruits and nuts,  makhana etc. And  eat all this when you feel hungry. Carry with you any of these if you are out and you can have them as snack. Drink plenty of water everyday,  especially before meals Eat only home cooked meals with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies  Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan for you Regards
