You are not taking enough proteins. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. and each meal should have 1 protein food. Take milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer etc. to gain muscle mass.
