Your weight should be in proportion to your  height as well as age.As per my judgement its easy to gain weight than to lose.

Consult Ayurveda Physician, Regulate ur daily routine and diet schedule,Intake of ghee and milk, milk products is beneficial.Take adequate sleep.

Your weight is determined as per your height and not the age.hence let us know the height. Also your weight can be 10 percent less as per the  height. Eg if your height is 160 cm., Your weight is ideal upto 53 to 55 kg.,in case of male . Try to gain   muscle rather than only figures.
Next Steps
Get your self investigated for any deficiencies. correct your digestion.eat regular meals, atleast 6 meals divided in a day. Concentrate on good protein sources. Donot indulge in deep-fried and high fat sources like transfat etc to gain weight.
