Hi, Avoid outside food including junk, processed, oily food and sweets completely. Have at least 2.5 to 3 litres of water daily. Have a protein rich breakfast every morning. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat only home cooked meals with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.
