Sir, I m 25 years old BT still I have 49 kg weight. I want to gain weight. I have some problm like when I taking any bread type food in few second it will formed acidity, frequently split and cough come, also have gas problems.

Hi protein rich food like soya , cereals , pulses , egg , meat would build up muscle mass . and regular exercise would keep you fit . not to go for oily cheesy junk foods aas it results in unhealthy weight gain.
