Hi, to be able to help you I need more details like height etc. Meanwhile do regular cardio exercise for 40 mins. Eat healthy. Don't skip breakfast, have a light dinner. Eat more fruits. Avoid deep fried, sugary and maida based products. Ping me on personal chat for a detailed diet plan.
