My cousin is 22 yrs old and weigh about 70-75 kgs. she lives in a family where there is no restriction of time to eat food.she follows a sedentary lifestyle. 1. what are possible changes that she need to make in her lifestyle/eating pattern/ exercise/ sleeping time so that she can control her weight gain.
