Weight loss issues
I've been following a strict diet since last year . I have even stopped eating non veg. I joined a gym and worked out heavily and properly under a personal trainer. At first till 6months I could see tremendous decrease in my weight from 75kgs to 67lgs. Then gradually my weight started increasing day by day and over last 6 months it's increasing gradually. Now I am 71.8 kgs. I hv not changed any of my food habits or my exercises. I am working out hard in gym , avoiding non veg , following diets but my weight is now not decreasing. It's very frustrating. Anyone please help me ... What shall I do ?

Hi it seems you have hit the plateau stage. You will need to change your exercise and eating pattern. Try going on a fast for one day in the week. It can help you break the plateau.
