Hi I'm at the moment 125kgs, 6'3 tall , I have been going to the gym for the past 3-4months and have been doing the required exercise for weight loss but I don't seem to be losing and weight . I have been the same weight for a while and I have been only losing like inches in my waist line what do I do to lose weight

Weightloss is a gradual process.It involves eating right and exercise with a positive attitude and rest.Every persons body is different hence there is no one diet for all.However d basic remains the same like eating 5-6 small meals.Including atleast 2 fruits.Drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day.Exercise not more than 60 mins.sleep 8hrs in d night.
