Hi Ideal reference range or cut off levels for BMI as per Asians chart is18.5 to 22.9.. You can take mini meals or small meals often a day.. Can take all variety nuts, dry fruits, bananas 2 to 3 per day, drink more water in a day around 8 to 10 glasses, all seasonal fruits and vegetables, Leafy vegetables, roots and tuber vegetables like potatoes, yams, sweet potatoes etc... Milk shakes, fiber food, milk and milk products like butter, cream milk, cottage cheese/ paneer , whole cow or buffalo milk, kheer, ghee in dal, all variety dals, chicken soups, sea fish, lean meats if non vegetarian, legumes, moderate carbs, moderate plant based proteins, moderate fat, ..etc. Daily light walking , weight bearing exercises and yoga are helpful with respect to lifestyle..
