How much is your weight. Start daily surynamaskar.You should start from atleast 3 per day and increase daily by one. Avoid spicy,fermented food,cheese,sweets totally.Skip breakfast and have lunch early upto 11 Am and dinner upto 6 to7 pm. It will help you to reduce the weight gradually.
Next Steps
Start Ayurvedic medicines.And panchkarma under my obsevation.
