I recently underwent a heavy weight loss, 67-61 in just a month, well, I was busy because of which my I couldnt concentrate on my intake of food, please suggest some timetable by which I can gain up the weight

hey , have meals at regular intervals, don't skip meals , have meat ,ghee, egg, fish etc... do exercise daily ,sleep well ,avoid worries
