You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Will surely help you.... Increase your phyiscal work , do some exercise at home level..... Eat healthy balanced diet.... Avoid fats, bulk meal, sugars etc. Take any of detox drink..... Small and frequent meal should be take.... Take good amout fiber in your diet Use skimmed milk and its product...

Hello dear, - there are so Many reasons after doing everything you don't loose weight -hormonal imbalance/PCOD, Pcos/ etc -we need to know your proper medical history. -then only i will able to plan custamised effective diet plan. -for now avoid junk food, fried food avoid eatingout -do some excercise 40 min daily
