I am of 70kg. I tried gym n aerobics and reduced aroung 3-4 kgs. Recently i met with accident, in order to overcome the injured leg i was having fat food like meat, egg. Now leg is better by my weight is gained again to original 70kg. I have engagement on April 25. I want to lose some weights before that. Kindly help me on this. I am planning to follow a diet. Fruits, oats at morning, rice/chapathi at afternoon and chapathi at dinner (3 nos). As i am having office at 8am, i need to start from home by 7pm. Hence i dont have time for exercise except on weekends. I am doing aerobics at home on weekends. Due to my injured leg, i am not able to go to Gym too. Kindly suggest me how to reduce weight.

U can lose 4-5 KGS each month I can surely help u with that. U need little physical activity which is possible with injured leg also. Diet pattern need to be analyzed in more detail. U dont need to take extra time for exercise. Write me for diet counselling
