Are u a lactating mother? Your diet contain high protein foods like egg white, skinless chicken, paneer ( homemade), Dal or chicken soup. Quantity should be medium bowl. Avoid more than 4 hrs gap in between meal. Dnt eat fried foods, juices and mangoes too

Hello! Take small meals. At least 4-5 meal a day. Use unrefined whole grains only. Take good quality protein and good fat. Do 30-40 min of walking. And take lot of fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables. Never skip breakfast. For personalized diet plan visit a dietician. Wish you good health.
