Weight loss
I am exercising from last 15 days. Not having junk food. Having around 3 ltr water. 30 mins walk after each meal. Still not loosing weight. How much time it will take to show results? And what else i can do to get slim?

Usually it shows with 10-15 days. But it's not just about exercises or not eating Junk. It's all about eating right food and nourish your body so that you can gain muscles and muscles are metabolically more active thereby automatically increasing your metabolism and sheding of those extra pounds.
