For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.

It can be achieved . But for that your you pre-pregnant weight is important. Few investigation have to be done as well. After that a proper diet plan along with some exercise will be planned. And all these will not affect your milk for breastfeeding.

just keep a watch on the consumption of simple carbohydrates such as sugars,maida & products,  ready to eat foods ,soft drinks,deep fried foods & processed foods . Include physical activity such as walking atleast 20 minutes per day. include variety of vegetables fruits, nuts, whole cereals, pulses sprouts etc in optimal quantities to aim for a Balanced Diet.
