I am a government officer with 30+years of age. My office work is usually sitting job. I dont prefer junk food but still i m overweight. I want to loose around 5 to 7 kgs

Hello, Choose a Low-Carb Diet. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch , Eat When Hungry, avoid snacks ,chats , Measure Your Progress Wisely, Avoid Eating sugary foods like ice cream ,fruit juice ,Doing aerobics daily helps in decreasing fat deposited in waist .
