I am a 6 feet tall guy with weight 92 thought of reducing some weight because i believe body has stored some fat but my main issue is that I do not take supplements like protein but want to know to keep up with the energy in weight loss should I be eating whole eggs or white eggs . I take 5 eggs but something I read on internet that yolk has many vitamins which is very beneficial . What do u suggest eating 4 whole eggs is good or takimg 5 whites . Please advice correctly.

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.

Actually EGG consumption is customized based on your calorie requirements or deficit  and the other protein sources you are consuming for the day. Yes very true the vital nutrients is concentrated in the YOLK& YOLK is also high in cholesterol So based on one's defeciency status and Lipid profile status the number of eggs whether whites or yolksare customized
