I am 41 yrs old guy. My present weight is 90 kgs. I do job in a pvt company. I know I am overweight and I need to reduce my weight by 15kgs atl east. Please help me with proper guide. Need a proper diet plan. I eat outsider food at office time.

According to your height and weight your BMI is 33.3, you have to loose 20kgs more to achieve your ideal weight, add salad to your each and every diet with lemon slice, including jeera water to boost immunity, try to limit the sugar and confectionaries item, avoid fruit juices in the diet replace with whole fruits with seeds like flax seed, saseme seed , try to avoid the gap between the meals not more than 3hrs, try to have normal ghar ka khaana instead of heavy meals try to have small meals.

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day. 5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.
