I am 32 years old male of almost 6 feet height. I have gained a lot of weight recently because of poor and hectic lifestyle. Right now my weight is 97 KGs.My healthy weight should be around 80 Kgs. I am aware that trying to lose more than 4-5 kgs of weight in a month may be unhealthy. But still I need to shred 10 KGs or more in a month anyhow, I am ready to give whatever it takes. I want only those dieticians/nutrionists to respond who can really help me make this happen and has done this for someone else in their practice earlier. Give me a rough idea about how are you going to approach it. Thanks in advance.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet.add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water . avoid oily and fried food.

WEIGHT LOSS 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods . 4. Smaller meals in small quantity 5. Early dinner before 6 pm. 6. You need to include an high protein and high fiber diet. Also start with some physical exercise. Hydrate well so these proteins won't harm you.Restrict on simple carbohydrates. Consult me on Practo online consultation for a personalized diet plan.
