I am 30yrs and of 80kg weight. I am 5'4" of height. Due to the weight, i am facing several gynaec issues for which i was advised by my gynaecologist to consult a dietician for loosing weight of 5 to 7 kgs in a month Hence please suggest me on the same. I have no time to prepare any homemade food or diet and hence any diet supplements or anything in ready form would be helpful

No, don't use any type of product for wt loss follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.. Avoid junk food and oily food.
