I am 22 years of age height 5ft 8inch and weight 109kg. I have been overweight from childhood. What do I do to loose weight? Are weightloss methods different for people who are overweight fro.m childhood compared to those who gain weight later?

Hi as you are in sedentary lifestyle i.e sitting jobs so u r away from physical activities which are very important for u & mainly little more for people like u. Also u need a low calorie balanced diet with low carbohydrate, low fat, no out side,junk,oily fast foods but more fruits, vegetables, . Free hand,aerobic, yoga compulsory apart from diet.
A simple and straight answer, you have to be under a dietitian guidance to lose weight by a proper meal planning , in which every thing will be planned from breakfast till dinner. You can lose from 3 to 5 kgs in a month.
