Hi team , I am 28 yrs of age.i don't smoke , drink neither I have any addiction,I am doing cardio near an hr to loose weight .my weight is 76. I want to burn fats and wants to get my tummy Inside.i am eating apple every morning and eating fruits in lunch such as Apple ,mantra, kiwi and pomegranate.so please advice something more which will help me to fats and one question please does drinking excess water help to reduce the fats?

Hi All the physical activities which you are doing daily will help you in burning fats slowly and steadily..and especially the workouts if done in early morning on an empty stomach are more effective in burning the stored/ reserved calories.. Workouts such as brisk walking for 30 to 45 mins daily if possible both morning and evening, taking steps up and down, aerobics, power yoga, surya namaskara, crunches for tummy, skipping, running or jogging , cycling, treadmill cardio etc...all will help you overall and even for shaping your tummy..just keep doing daily all the mentioned workouts without fail rest all body will take care..as worry also is a kind of stress , which inturn results in gaining more tummy fat. Food also plays a major role along with lifestyle modifications such as well balanced diets which are nutritionally sufficient, locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables, No to imported fruits and vegetables, good amount of fiber in daily diet, high biological value protein such as plant proteins, No to outside foods, home cooked food is best always, moderate fat... Drinking excess water per day is not advisable / recommended as it burde s the kidneys and chances of losing important salts..in our bodies.. Drinking minimum 8 to 10 glasses of water per day as per climatic conditions is very essential and recommended.. Regarding water consumption...( Anything more than the recommended allowance should be taken under strict doctors guidance in case of any medical condition.. ) otherwise not required.. There's no fool proof that drinking excess water will reduce tummy fat.. But drinking water at regular intervals may help in maintaining metabolism in the body.. U r missing ur exercises workouts? I think so. Do exercises,yoga,play sports,walk,jog for s minimum of one hour a day to burn ur calories everyday.

Hi, It is good to see that you are exercising for an hour to help lose fat. With the exercise what you eat is equally important when it comes to fat loss. Also, fat loss takes place overall and not from a specific area on the body. Along with the incorporation of fruits your body requires a proper balance of complex carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats and fiber. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your lifestyle, routine, sleep, stress, medication, medical conditions if any, physical activity, height, weight, etc., this helps in identifying the gap areas and correcting them accordingly. As a start following guidelines can be of help - 1. Never skip meal & eat balanced meals 2. Incorporate protein such as dals, pulses, sprouts, low-fat dairy, non-veg in every meal 3. Exercise for 45 minutes to an hour a day for 6 days a week. Core strengthening exercise will also be helpful in stregthening the core muscles 4. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily to stay hydrated 5. Yes add planty of water it works fantastic and Along with follow three main things like healthy diet,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.

Hi you have given your weight but not your height so unable to  calculate your BMI.  In general to loose weight and burn fat i will advice you to eat a low carbohydrates, low fat and good amount of protein foods like low fat milk , and milk products like paneer,  curds. Eat pulses, soya,  Eggs,  lean chicken n fish cooked with very little oil. Eat lots of vegetables and whole grains like wheat, ragi oats. Eat only 2 serving of fruits per day.

As you are already Exercising cardio,  do add some weight training also and you will soon have flat abs. all the best.
