Hi..my age is 22..my height is 5.4 and my weight is 60..so i want 2 weight loss and i dnt eat so much food...i take only dinner, lunch not everyday...at morning i took nly tea..i tried dieting also bt nt working

Hi - I think u don't v balanced diet. U need low calorie foods with some body poses Exercises . lunch or breakfast skip is not only solutions. U write me your personal present food habits & work u do?? Then I ll mail u a formal complete diet chart
