Hi. I need to reduce 30 kgs soon as my marriage is next year. I'm a working lady and never get time to workout. I try to eat healthy but I end up binge eating. I have lot of stress in life but i manage to sleep for 7 hrs a day. I'm feeling so bad about myself. As I have told I get no time to workout on weekdays, I do go for jogging on weekend morning and evening. Will water Fasting help to solve my problem ? Please suggest me a diet where I can lose weight fast or let me know if juice fasting, mono-fruit diet, or intermittent fasting works for me. Thank you.

Hi - this is a common problem for IT people or working lady like u. U need a proper low calorie balanced diet. U also v to do some basic Exercises, walking, jogging, cycling. Even same u can manage at office gym. Buy over all some time u need to spare to min Exercises. Most importantly u v to reject all fast,fried, junk, oily,spicy foods Take low calorie light meals all time on every two hrs.note not too high rice products & free of saturated fats, trans fat.
