Hi i had an knee injury due to it my weight has increased a lot,i want to reduce my weight upto 10 kgs as according to height my weight must be around 55(height 5.3)can you guide me.suggest me some diet and exercises.will walking for an hour help?

Hello..one can reduce weight by dietary and lifestyle change . Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti... Avoid junk food, oily food items.. Exercise regularly (yoga or aerobics)... Sleep for at least seven to eight hours.. ...Don't do something which hurts knee ..
