Hi I gave birth to my baby an year back.. It was a c section delivery. I dint loose my weight at all.. And my tummy still looks like as I'm pregnant for 9 months now.. What should it do to lose my weight especially my very large tummy..

Hello, have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , meat , sleep well . Exercise daily ,aerobics exercises helps you . There are exercises specially for abdomen like bending forward and backward. Brisk walking is also helpful.
