Hello dr, i am continue losing weight earlier my weight was 57 kg but now it is 45 kg i am losing weight without any diet or excercise but i take too much stress is this a reason of weight loss ? Or some other problem from that i am suffering .?

If you are losing weight without any change in the diet or any increase in the physical activity ...then the factor responsible for it has to checked ..stress can be one of the factors but not the sole reason for it , best would be to consult a doctor and get yourself examined.

Hi If you just delivered a baby then don't worry about the weight it will lose gradually. You should not go for any diet or exercise regime for 6 months. Start with the low calorie diet for weight loss when your baby start weaning at 6 months.
