From my childhood to now i am slim as usual. Want to gain weight but nothing helps .what diet should i opt for to gain weight in 6 months .right now my weight is 38 kg and i m 5' feet . help to gain weight in a healthy manner. my diet contains indian food mainly rice ,pulses, vegetables, sometimes fast food, occasionally non veg.

According to your height your ideal weight should be 50 kg. Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. to gain muscle mass .take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food.
