Green tea only helps to elevate the metabolism which enables you to lose weight. You have to follow a good diet and exercise regime for weight loss. Have at least 3 to 4 cups of green tea after meals to elevate your metabolism and improve digestion. P.S. Rub the tea bag of the green tea on your face for that extra cleansing and clear skin.

Hello, yes it is being believed that green tea reduces extra fat in our body,, or daily morning lemon juice without sugar will do the same. But they are not enough and there are no studies which will proove they are going to reduce weight for sure. There are 4keys to reduce weight EXERCISE - at least 30min a day (which make you sweat), LIMITING calories - avoiding bakery foods, junk foods, oily foods, extra sugar, eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, SLEEP - quality sleep at night, reducing STRESS will make you lose weight. For acne oily skin and using oil based face creams will predispose for acne. Drink plenty of water or fruit juice (watermelon especially) they cool your body.
