Flax seed powder is very useful
You can use it in your oatmeal or yogurt and have it
You can have it anytime morning or dinner !
But only taking flax seed is not a solution for weight loss
Overall healthy and conscious mindful eating is important
Take high fibre diet
Breakfast : Oats (Upma or oatmeal ) you can sprinkle your flax seed powder over this
Idli , pesarattu or moong dal dosa , eggs etc
Lunch : Brown rice with dal or rajma or chole beans or any veggies and curd
Dinner : same as lunch or Keep it light
Eat around 8 pm
Have a minimum 13 hr gap between ur dinner and next day breakfast
So overall health consciousness and mindfulness helps
Take care
consult for more discussion on ur problem and treatment chat privetly,
