There is no such weight loss product. 1.Please check your iron levels,vitamin B12 & vitamin D . 2. Try to achieve through balanced meal 3. Start sustainable workout routine like how u brush everyday , you need to have simple workout plan - it can be walk with dog, walking to office, post meal walk, monthly trekking , cycling with frnds and sometimes swimming which will be fun & creates a active hobby .
