You can eat dark chocolate but make sure it's 70-90% dark avoid it immediately after food can have 1-2 pcs once or twice a day.

Hi You can have dark chocolate twice or thrice a week provided if it contains cacao ( cocoa) above 70 to 80%.. Can have 2 to 3 pieces only a time.. not more than that.. Cocoa is rich in antioxidants properties...which may also help in losing weight.. Thankyou

Hi. You can eat chocolate everyday but not milk chocolate you should eat dark chocolate which will help you in weight lose and even your craving for chocolate will be subside.

Hi, Dark chocolate with 70% plus cocoa is permitted. About 2-3 pcs a day is fine. Also it's rich in anti-oxidants and is a mood elevator.
