Millets won’t do any harm on you. In fact its quiet nutritious than any other grains. As its post delivery( its not mentioned about how many months postpartum) and if u r breast feeding, kindly don’t make any drastic change on ur present routine. Suppose if u r used to consuming millets do continue. And if u r planning to introduce millets for first time .. Start with positive millets like little millet / foxtail once a day.( in simple forms like khichdi/ porridge etc). If u feel body is getting used to it. Gradually increase.
Next Steps
Just understand ur weight loss and baby’s weight gain wont happen just by adding millets . You need to eat a healthy meal.

Yes millets are good. Also there is no single ingredient/food which will help in weight loss. It's an overall balance in nutrition that is important to achieve weight loss and good health. Good food providing the right nutrition will lead to good health and weight loss is an outcome of good eating habits.
Next Steps
Connect personally for a consultation to give further guidance and improvement of overall health.
