Weight loss after stopping paroxetine
I used to take Paxidep CR 37.5 mg tab for my panic and anxiety disorder for around 6 yrs and weighed 84 kg. Doctor changed the medicine to D-Veniz 50, which I took for about 7 to 8 months. During this period I lost weight from 84 kg to 74 kg. Yes during this 7/8 months I was on dieting for onset of diabates. In my last sugar test, just one week ago it shows I have no diabates now. My question is - could medicine change be the reason of my weight loss from 84 to 74 kg in 8 months time?

Paroxetine  causes weight gain. Therefore weight loss is due to stopping of med in addition to your diet management for diabetes.
Next Steps
Therefore there is nothing to worry about.
