Hi You can include complex carbs in small portions, good plant proteins and very less amount of animal proteins in your diet, low fat , moderate amount of milk and milk products such as double toned cow's milk, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, good amount of fiber from diet, seasonal fruits and vegetables.. Small frequent meals with limited portions.. Since you are breastfeeding you can have galactogoggues..such as ajwain, dry ginger, garlic, ghee and all easily digested foods.. For further details contact through practo for online consultation and for custo mized diet plan.. Thankyou
Next Steps
as you burn more calories from breastfeeding so you need not specifically do heavy exercises, light exercises will be ok as a day's workout..and high energy food consumption is not required as you land up in having more in of calories
Health Tips
well balanced meals, low gi foods, moderate plant based proteins, low fat , high fiber, vitamins and minerals for enough protection, more water around 2 to 2 and half litres per day and no outside foods...
