Hi
You can include complex carbs in small portions, good plant proteins and very less amount of animal proteins in your diet, low fat , moderate amount of milk and milk products such as double toned cow's milk, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, good amount of fiber from diet, seasonal fruits and vegetables..
Small frequent meals with limited portions..
Since you are breastfeeding you can have galactogoggues..such as ajwain, dry ginger, garlic, ghee and all easily digested foods..
