I was very slim and fit 2-3 years ago but now i have become fat,now my weight is 78kg my height is 5 feet 10inch... I have tried green tea for 1 month But i have not found any good result..i used to take 2 meals in a day.. So please suggest me to decrease my weight immediatley... I am thinking to start using lemon and honey with warm water but some one said that it is harmful as it may lead to piles problem is it so???
