Weight lifting and height
A doctor told me that I shouldn't be lifting weight cause I am 15 years and 153 cm(short) and said that lifting weight will stimulate calcium in bones and stop the growth and I shouldn't do any resistance training or use bodyweight for pushups however I am not convinced and building muscle is an important issue for me..So is that true? Should I stop lifting weights,if yes when to start? And please explain reason

You can do resistance exercises... This will build up muscles but yes too heavy weight lifting is not good at this age... You can do push-ups normal or inclined but don't use extra weights apart from your body weight . With this also do hanging and jumping activities and also stretchings so that it increases your height also
