Weight issues.
Whom should i consult for weight issues? Im 5 feet tall n weighs 70 kgs. Im 24. At present i dont have any other health issues, Should i hv to do any tests to know my health and hormonal status? because some other problems also affects the body to gain weight. Should i consult an endrocrinologist or general physician or directly to a nutritionist 1st?

Hi welcome - for weight issues ,anyone must contact Dietitian who manage therapeuticaly to any person. In your case, BMI is 30.30 ,so just border line of Obesity I. You can come down your weight around 10-15 kg gradually by a low fat diet & rigorous exercises. You. An even have brisk walking, home based some cat burning poses ,yoga . gym can also help you as this is a daily routine. Altogether if you can follow a Balanced diet & 1-2 hours of Exercises then quickly @ 5 kg per month easily you can loose & make yourself normal health
