Weight issue
My weight 65kg and height 170cm and my past weight 69 to 71kg last 5year but last 4to 5month 65 to 68kg but i have some issue like digestive ( gas , acidity) and my stool thin and in morning two times potty thin but past year not doing yoga or exercise but from four months i have doing yoga and exercise continue in morning and in my full days diet include nuts , milk 500gm( with haldi , shilajeet, swet musli), daliya, Barley, apple , pomegranate, pappya, green vegetables, 10chapti, 1bowl rice , moong dal or toor dal and in morning take alovera juice and wheat grass powder with Luke warm water and i have take full days luke warm water approx 4 to 5ltr because allergy issue. So please suggest how gain weight minimum 70kg any how.
