I am 27 Years old, when i was 18 years old my weight was 148 KG i have been working out since 9 years and when i turned to 24 i have reached to 89 KG weight, i was maintaining my weight since then, but suddenly doing workout and my weight is getting increased, i have cut off the carbs from my diet, but still it is being increased since 2 Years. i am doing regular exercise but nothing is working. I used to take whey protein after the workout, but i already quit that, i am just doing workout and controlling unwanted food. I just need to know is there any body test which will find the cause of weight gain. I have got it
TSH test and it was completely fine. i hv been doing nte shifts since 4 months and i am not taking any unhealthy food and also doing regular intense workout.
