Weight has been stucked at Point
I am 23 years old and have 57 kg weight which is too much for me. I wanted to loose 5-6 kg weight . Please suggest.

To reduce weight you should eat healthy natural foods which have complex carbohydrates, meaning more fiber like fresh seasonal local fruits, vegetables and must include salad in your meals. Eat mindfully with a feeling of gratitude. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water. Try to include millets like jowar, nachani (ragi) grains. Include  protein in all the meals. Avoid packaged foods, high sugar, bakery products and fried oily foods. Do brisk walking for at least 45 minutes daily without fail. If you follow these guidelines you will definitely loose 2-3 kgs in a month. So in 2-3 months you will get your ideal weight. Thanks.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet .
